Refund Policy

Refunds for Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If an event organized by Vybz Caribbean is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a full refund including service fees.
If rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refund requests due to rescheduling must be submitted within 10 days of announcement.

Final Sale Policy

All ticket purchases are final.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Vybz Caribbean.
Completion of purchase constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Artist Non-Appearance Policy

The non-appearance, substitution, or delayed performance of individual artists does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Refunds related to artist line-up changes will only be considered where the majority of advertised headlining acts fail to perform.

Any refund decision in such circumstances rests solely with Vybz Caribbean as the Event Promoter.
Sun Tixx may facilitate refunds only upon written authorization from the promoter.

Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for events affected by force majeure circumstances.
Alternate remedies such as rescheduling or credits may be offered at the promoter’s discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks are prohibited.
Sun Tixx reserves the right to dispute such claims and restrict offending accounts.
