Use of Services

This website provides an event ticketing platform for events organized by Vybz Caribbean, managed by Sun Tixx as the authorized ticketing agent.
By using this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago and the terms outlined herein.
Any misuse of the platform, including unauthorized access, fraud, chargeback abuse, or interference with system operations, may result in account termination and legal action.

All ticket purchases processed through this website will display “Sun Tixx” on your credit card or bank statement as the payment processor.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal consent from a parent or guardian to use this website.
By using this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

Event Changes, Artist Line-Ups, and Performance Variations

Vybz Caribbean, as the Event Promoter, retains full control over event programming, scheduling, and artistic line-ups.
Event details, including dates, venues, running order, and featured acts, are subject to change.

Sun Tixx acts solely as a ticketing agent and is not responsible for the production, artistic content, or execution of the event.

The absence, substitution, delay, or non-appearance of one or more featured performers does not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Refunds related to artist non-appearance will only be considered where the majority of advertised headlining acts fail to perform, and solely at the discretion of Vybz Caribbean as the Event Promoter.

Where applicable, Sun Tixx may facilitate refunds or credits strictly in accordance with written instructions provided by Vybz Caribbean.

Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy published on this website.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all ticket sales are final.

Chargebacks filed for legitimate transactions may be disputed by Sun Tixx.
Accounts associated with excessive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may be suspended or permanently terminated.

Force Majeure

Neither Sun Tixx nor Vybz Caribbean shall be held liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, strikes, or civil disturbances.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Termination

Sun Tixx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms of Use or applicable laws.
